Made from 100% Certified Organic Merino Wool from New Zealand.
NUI Merino wool breathes, absorbing and releasing moisture away from baby in warm conditions and insulating in cooler ones. Wool is unique in this way and creates its own micro-climate around the body, regulating the baby’s temperature. This has been noted to reduce the risk factors associated with SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Thus, the baby suffers no overheating and there is no need to add or remove layers.
Environmentally Friendly Features Include: All items are 100% Organic. Nothing is added to NUI's organic wool - no conditioners (New Zealand Merino is already super-soft), no moth proofing
(it is stored with herbs to deter moths), no flame retardants (it is naturally self-extinguishing) and no dyes
